Violations cited in this report must be corrected within the time frames below.
53 A major cleaning of all floors, shelving and under equipment and around sides of equipment must be completed. There are numerous amounts of food debris on floor between walls and grout lines.
Shelving and floor in Walk In must be fully cleaned and maintain.
Shelving throughout kitchen must be cleaned and de-cluttered.
A compliance inspection will be conducted to check on status of cleaning  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 01/10/2023
   
General Remarks
This inspection also serves as an investigation into a complaint that was received. The customer ordered 5 different meals for take out, and once received and brought home, foreign material was found in one container. Customer stated that 5 out of the 9 people who ate the meals were ill afterwards.
There were no temperature or handling violations observed during this inspection.
A major cleaning of all areas must be completed and a compliance inspection will be conducted to check on cleaning progress.
